Shipping Policy
Caluna Foot partners with major international shipping carriers like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who collaborate with local couriers to deliver your order straight to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for your convenience.
Your payment will be processed upon order confirmation. All transactions are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process and ship to our carrier’s facility. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for high-demand items, processing may extend up to 10 days.
Important: Once your order enters the shipping phase, we cannot modify it (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your package is dispatched.
For multi-item orders, products may ship separately from different locations and arrive on different dates.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is en route. Note: Some carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 days, contact us at support@calunafoot.com.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Below are general estimates:

Duties, Taxes & Fees
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees. Caluna Foot cannot predict or cover these charges. Refused shipments will incur return shipping and tax costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Caluna Foot is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Timely reporting is essential for resolution.
Wrong Address Policy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify orders once processing begins. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages.
